React Native mobile app for improving your vocabulary

Vocabify is a mobile app built with React Native that helps users save and learn new vocabulary. It features a practice mode where users can reinforce their knowledge and test their memory of both words and definitions.

The backend is powered by a Node.js app using GraphQL, hosted on AWS Lambda. This serverless architecture minimizes costs by only charging for the resources used. GraphQL provides type safety and works seamlessly with Apollo Client on the frontend, which I use for state management. Apollo Client also offers robust caching and offline support, enhancing the app’s performance and user experience.
